Modified, Stock Car qualifying starts

BOONE, Iowa (Sept. 5) – More cars will see track time Wednesday evening than on any other night of the 30th annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals.

After last-chance races complete main event fields for Hobby Stocks and Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods at Boone Speedway, Modifieds and Stock Cars begin their qualifying quests for the ultimate titles in dirt track racing.

Both divisions qualify the front eight cars on the inside row of their respective Saturday grids. Car counts will be released along with the program of events and heat race lineups this afternoon.
