Sprinkles fell at the Boone Speedway shortly before race time, but with diligent and constant packing of the track, racing began only a few minutes past the scheduled start time. The count down to Super Nationals brought 186 cars to Boone Speedway on Saturday night. There was fast and furious racing all night long, winners sometimes being decided as the cars came out of turn four. Only one of two hobby features saw a new winner; all other features saw drivers repeat.

Drivers and fans were both ready for some racing on Saturday night at the Boone Speedway. A nice crowd filled the stands and 153 race cars packed the pits. Five new drivers went to victory lane and for the first time this season, two Hobby Stock features were run.
