Boone Speedway Rewards Sport Mods and Hobby Stocks with Over $12,000 Added.

Purse increases for IMCA Elmquist Towing Sport Mods and IMCA Pickett’s Salvage Hobby Stocks will take effect starting May 11th and will continue through the rest of the season at Boone Speedway.  This will equal out to over $12,000 in purse money tacked on to the existing purse for drivers for the rest of 2019.

“We wanted to reward our sport mod and hobby stock guys for continuing to support us. We saw a fair increase last season when we did something similar with the Stock Cars and Modified classes, so we want the drivers to know that we’re paying attention and appreciate them racing with us,” said Coty Mallicoat, representative for Boone Speedway.

Purse increases have been added throughout the field in both classes and will continue through the remainder of the 2019 season.

Boone Speedway is a ⅜ high-banked oval located on highway 30 in Boone Iowa.  This upcoming weekend is another great evening of racing scheduled with hot laps at 5:45 and racing at 6:30pm.
