With racing action heating up, fans can cool down this Saturday night, August 11, at Boone Speedway with Bud Light After Hours presenting the IMCA Weekly Racing Series.

Representatives from Bud Light will be on hand giving away Bud Light gear to fans of legal drinking age. Younger fans are encouraged to create their own Box Car Racer and compete in the Box Car Races during intermission.

Racing action continues to be strong as track point leaders battle with visiting drivers preparing for the 30th Annual Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals. Only four point races remain in the 2012 season and the championship is up for grabs in all five divisions.

Gates open at 6:00pm, hot laps at 6:45p and racing begins at 7:30pm.

Grandstand tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students 12-17 and children under 12 are free with an adult.
