Sprinkles fell at the Boone Speedway shortly before race time, but with diligent and constant packing of the track, racing began only a few minutes past the scheduled start time. Drivers and fans were both ready for some racing on Saturday night at the Boone Speedway. A nice crowd filled the stands and 153 race cars packed the pits. Five new drivers went to victory lane and for the first time this season, two Hobby Stock features were run.

Public Safety Night Saturday, July 21

Boone Speedway is saluting our public safety officials Saturday, July 21 with Public Safety Night at the Races.  All public safety officials, including police officers, firefighters and paramedics will receive free grandstand admission with an ID. The Boone Police and Fire Departments will be on hand with equipment and information.
