Races on schedule despite flooding

Races are on as scheduled for Saturday, August 14, 2010, despite record flooding in the area.

According to Promoter Robert Lawton, the drainage system in place at the Speedway is working well and keeping the track in good shape for the evening events.

Pit gates will open at 5:30 and grandstands at 6pm for Health and Safety Night, along with McCain Snack Foods & Ore-Ida Potatoes Night. There will also be a candy toss for the kids.
