Ever Wondered how the Nationals Draw is done?

Ever Wondered how the Nationals Draw is done?

We wanted to take a minute to explain to the drivers and anyone else that might question how the draw at Nationals is done.   Most race tracks do what is called a “staggered” draw meaning the first draw pill goes to the first heat, the second pill to the second heat and so on.  At Nationals we have always done a “straight-up” draw.  Below (example 1) is the actual draw for the Hobby Stock heats on Monday night.  Then adding one car in the 136th draw number (example 2) and you can see how everything changes.
