The Minor Release and Waiver is required for all minors 17 and under who will be entering the Boone Speedway pit area. A new Minor Release is required to be submitted each racing season. All sections of the form must be completed. Please be sure to have this form notarized before arriving at Boone Speedway and submitting to the Boone Speedway Pit Shack (pit area entrance).

A pit pass is must be purchased for all minors entering the pit area, and their wristband should be worn at all times. Please also ensure each minor is accompanied by an adult while in the pit area.
